SugarCity: The sweetest urban development plan

Since 2000 Cobraspen has been working on the redevelopment of SugarCity: A mega-complex of offices, restaurants and bars, a casino and a multiplex cinema. The whole area will be brought back to life. A key starting point is the preservation and renovation of the valuable existing industrial buildings in situ. The urban development plan proposes a large mix of functions, creating a lively area that will be open to the public.
